Women in web design

Day by day women are coming out of home more and more. They are working in more field with their male collegue. There are some special problem created in our society which is effective only for female person. But overlooking the hazard many female came in the real world to fight against anti feminist theory. Web industry is not out of this little world. So there are many women who are working in this field.

I have just read a group interview in famous Smashing magazine. In that blog post there are some success story of some women web designer. They are answering some fixed questions
